Police were called to the Catrinas Bar and Grill at 7316 3rd Ave on January 29th at approximately 3:49am.

According to reports a large altercation took place infront of the restaurant resulting in two men being stabbed with sharp objects. Both victims were 22-year-old men, one man was slashed in the head and the second victim Anthony Donofrio, a carriage horse driver, was stabbed in the chest. Both victims were rushed to hospital where one man died of his injuries, and the other remains in stable condition.

19-year-old Kevin Cuatlacuatl was arrested on January 30th and charged with murder.
