Police responded to a shooting in front of 345 West 42nd St. on June 4th at approximately 10:45 p.m.

On arrival, police located Marco Reyes, 30, of the Bronx, suffering from a gunshot wound to his head. He was rushed to Bellevue hospital, where he died of his injuries.

Police ask anyone with information to contact Crime Stoppers at 800-577-TIPS. 

Update: 21-year-old Jamel Williams of Johnstown, had been arrested and charged with murder. According to reports, the fatal shooting was over an act of public urination.
