The NYC 2023 Homicide Victim List is available here

NYPD responded to a report of a shooting at 689 E. 187 St on February 13th at approximately 6:57 p.m.

On arrival police located 22-year-old Miguel Vargas suffering from multiple gunshot wounds to his chest. Vargas was rushed to St. Barnabas Hospital, where he was pronounced deceased.

No arrests have been made, and there is no suspect information at this time.
