NYPD said 19-year-old Deandre Matthews was reported missing on February 6th, after he didn’t return home from work.

Investigators located Matthews at approximately 4 p.m. on February 7th with what they described as significant burn wounds throughout his body lying on freight train tracks on Nostrand Avenue, near Brooklyn College. He was pronounced deceased at the scene. Police said his death has been ruled a homicide. 

The victim’s mother’s Jeep Cherokee was found burned out on Troy ave.

24-year-old Remy McPrecia has been arrested on counts of concealment of a human corpse and tampering with evidence.
Isiah Baez, was arrested at 10:30 p.m.on May 5th, and charged with murder, criminal possession of a weapon and tampering with physical evidence.
