NYPD responded to the report of a shooting in front of 3329 Olinville Ave. on June 2 at 6:22pm.

On arrival police and paramedics located Nixon Rodriguez, with a gunshot wound to his chest. He was rushed to Jacobi Hospital where he was pronounced deceased.

No arrests have been made, and there is no suspect description.
