NYC homicide 1, 2024 – NYPD investigates the homicide of Tsering Wangdu

NYPD responded to a double stabbing on January 1st at  3:57 a.m. near the corner of 76th Street and Roosevelt Avenue in Queens.

On arrival police and paramedics located Tsering Wangdu, 29, suffering from a stab wound to the leg and a second man with stab wounds to the chest and face. Both men were rushed to Elmhurst Hospital, where Wangdu died of his injuries. The second victim remains in hospital with serious injuries.
