Police said Shakim Devega, 28, was found unresponsive with neck trauma at the Kingsboro Psychiatric Center on September 20th at approximately 11:45 p.m.

Devega was rushed to Kings County Hospital Center where he was pronounced deceased. Police said the medical examiner found neck fractures and saw signs of foul play. 

No charges have been laid at this time.
