NYPD charge Lacon Brown with the murder of Cindy Maxwell in the Bronx

NYPD responded to a 911 call to do a wellness check on Arnow Avenue on August 26th at around 3:50 p.m.

On arrival police located Cindy Maxwell, 45, inside her apartment deceased with several gunshot wounds.

On August 28th police arrested Lacon Brown, 48, and charged him with murder and the criminal possession of a weapon.
