NYPD said 6-month-old Dalilah Crespo was located unconscious in a bathtub on April 3, 2022, at approximately 9:00pm.

She was pronounced deceased at Jacobi Medical Center.

On October 5th 2023, the city medical examiner’s office confirmed the death of Dalilah a homicide. 

Police have not released any other information.
