NYPD were called to a shooting at the Nostrand Houses located at 3012 Avenue W on April 5th at approximately 2:30am.

On arrival police and EMS located a 31-year-old man suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was rushed to Maimonides Medical Center where he died of his injuries.

Police took the victim’s brother in for further questioning. Criminal charges are pending.
