NYPD were called to a shooting near an athletic field in Sara D. Roosevelt Park on November 16th at approximately 8:32 p.m.
On arrival police located Pasquale Alonso, 25, suffering from a stab wound to his chest and another man, 24, suffering from a stab wound to the torso.
Both victims were rushed to Bellevue Hospital, where Alonso died of his injuries.
Police said one suspect was seen wearing a Chicago Bulls jersey while another apparently carried a Honduras flag.
Update: A youth was arrested at approximately 5:35 a.m. on Nov. 18 on Monroe and Madison Streets. According to reports, the assailant was a 15-year-old homeless boy. He was charged with murder, attempted murder, attempted assault, and assault.
