NYPD were called to 220 Schenectady Ave on January 24th at approximately 11:08pm on the report of a shooting.

On arrival, police located a 37-year-old man suffering from a gunshot wound to his neck. He was rushed to hospital where he died of his injuries.

A person of interest was taken into custody. Police have not released what charges they are facing.
