The NYC 2023 Homicide Victim List is available here

NYPD responded to a shooting at 460 East 21st Street in Flatbush on October 1st at around 5:10 p.m.

On arrival police located two teens suffering from gunshot injuries. A 15-year-old girl was grazed on her left shin, and 18-year-old Anwah Armbrister, had gunshot wounds to his head and chest. The teens were rushed to Kings County Hospital where Armbrister died of his injuries.
