Police responded to a 911 report of a shooting at 162 Hall St. on January 25th at about 2:41 a.m.

On arrival police located a 35-year-old man with a single gunshot wound to his head. He was rushed to Brooklyn Hospital Center, where he was pronounced deceased.

No arrests have been made, and the investigation is ongoing.
