NYPD responded to the report of a shooting at an apartment on to 114 West 137th Street, on February 28th at around 2:30 a.m.

Police arrived to find a 40-year-old man suffering from a gunshot wound to the torso inside a unit. He was rushed to NYC Health + Hospitals in Harlem where he died of his injuries. Police have not released his identity at this time.

No arrests have been made, and the investigation is ongoing.
