NYPD were called to a shooting at 38 Somers St on March 8th at about 2:47 a.m.

On arrival police located Steven Battle, 45, suffering from a gunshot wound to his head. Battle was taken to  Kings County Hospital, where he was pronounced deceased.

No arrests have been made. Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 800-577-TIPS.
