NYPC responded to a 911 report of a man in need of assistance inside an apartment in the area of 40th Road and 102nd Street in Corona on May 31st at approximately 6:08pm. The victim’s neighbor who is also the building landlord found the grizzly scene when he went to collect rent money.
According to reports police said Gonzalez was stabbed in the neck, shoulder, arms and stomach. The stomach wound was so deep his intestines were hanging out of his body.
Police are looking to speak to Gonzalez’s roommate, no arrests have been made at this time.
