The NYC 2023 Homicide Victim List is available here

NYPD were called to a shooting in the area of 1525 Myrtle Ave., and Linden Street, at approximately 4:07 a.m. on Sept. 3.

On arrival police and EMS located the victim near a BP gas station suffering from gunshot injuries. He was rushed to Elmhurst Hospital, where he was pronounced dead. The victim’s identity has not been released at this time.

No arrests have been made, and there is no suspect information.
