 NYPS said a 33-year-old man was idling on his scooter in the area of W. 185th St. and St. Nicholas Ave on October 1st.

A gray sedan pulled up and a passenger exited the vehicle and began arguing with the man on the scooter. Police said the fight escalated leading to the the scooter rider being shot in the chest. The victim was rushed by medics to Harlem Hospital where he died of his injuries. Police have not released his identity.
