NYPD were called to a shooting on November 28th at approximately 5:30pm in the area of Broad Street near Cedar Street in Staten Island.

On arrival police located a 53-year-old man suffering from a gunshot wound to the chest. He was rushed to Richmond University Medical Center where he died of his injuries.

No arrests have been made, however, investigators said they are searching for one male wearing all black and another male wearing a red jacket, who fled toward the back of another property on Broad Street.

Diron Miller, 29, was arrested and was charged with charged with murder, manslaughter and criminal possession of a weapon in relation to the fatal shooting of 53-year-old John Pena Sr., of Philadelphia.
