NYPD were called to a shooting at 288 Elizabeth St on March 1st at approximately 3:20am.

On arrival police located Anton Albert, 39, suffering from gunshot wounds to the chest and stomach. Albert was rushed to Bellevue Hospital, where he was pronounced deceased.

No arrests have been made. Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 800-577-TIPS.
