NYPD were alerted of a shooting on board a Manhattan-bound 3 train at the Franklin Avenue station, on January 14th at around 8:15 p.m.

On arrival police located Richard Henderson, 45, suffering from gunshot wounds to his back and shoulder. Henderson was rushed to Kings County Hospital, where he was pronounced deceased.
