NYPD responded to a shooting inside 3845 10th Ave on September 6th at approximately 5:49am.

On arrival police located Wilmer Rosario, 32, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds to his face and chest.

He was rushed to NYC Health and Hospitals/Harlem where he was pronounced deceased.
