The NYC 2023 Homicide Victim List is available here

NYPD were called to the Tompkins Houses located at 760 Park Ave on July 12th at approximately 8:42 p.m.

On arrival emergency crews located Stephon Sinclair, 26, who was a resident of the Tompkins Houses, Suffering from multiple stab wounds to his legs in front of the building. He was rushed to Kings County Hospital where he died of his injuries.

No arrests have been made, however, police described a suspect who fled the scene as male, with a dark complexion who wore a white shirt, blue-and-orange shorts and a black bandana.

Update August 3rd
Marquis Shiloh, 33, has been charged with manslaughter for allegedly stabbing and killing Stephon Sinclair.
