NYPD responded to a 911 call regarding a man shot at 108th Street and Horace Harding Expressway on September 10th at 1:59pm.

On arrival police located 46-year-old Jamal Artis suffering from a gunshot wound to the torso. He was rushed to hospital where he died of his injuries on Sept. 12.

Police said Obryan Hernandez, 24, is facing charges of murder and criminal possession of a weapon.
