The NYC 2023 Homicide Victim List is available here

NYPD responded to the report of a shooting in the area of Avenue K and East 46th Street on January 21st at approximately 9:17pm.

On arrival police did not find any victims but said it was a crime scene. Both men were rushed to hospital by private means where the 30-year-old man died of a gunshot wound to the torso. The second victim was treated for a gunshot wound to his right shoulder and is in stable condition.

No arrests have been made and the investigation is ongoing.
