NYPD said they were alerted of a shooting at 4:35 p.m. on February 12th, on the northbound No. 4 train platform at the Mount Eden Avenue subway.

Obed Beltran-Sanchez, 35, an innocent bystander, was fatally shot, and another five people were injured ranging from 14 to 71 years old. a 14-year-old girl, a 29-year-old woman, and two men, ages 71 and 28, are in stable condition. Alpha Diallo, also an innocent bystander, remains in hospital with serious injuries.

Police believe the shooting stemmed from a gang feud between two rival groups.

A 16-year-old was arrested on February 15th. Police believe he is one of the three gunmen.
