The NYC 2023 Homicide Victim List is available here

NYPD were called to a report of a shooting outside Fun City Seafood on Church Ave. in Brooklyn on January 10th at approximately 9:30pm.

On arrival police located Philson Andrews, 36, suffering from gunshot wounds to the torso and arm. He was rushed to Kings County Hospital, where he died of his injuries. Andrews was known to the police.

Police said the suspect fled the scene in a red vehicle. No arrests have been made at this time. Anyone with information can call Crime Stoppers at 800-577-TIPS.
