NYPD responded to a report of shots fired in the area of East 176th Street and Anthony Avenue on February 15th at approximately 5:20pm.

21-year-old Isaac Collins was rushed to  St. Barnabas Hospital, where he was pronounced deceased.

Investigators are asking the public for help in identifying the suspects. The four male suspects are described as ranging between 5-foot-5 and 5-foot-9 inches tall and were last seen running westbound on East 176th Street and are believed to be between 15 and 20 years old. Anyone with information is asked to call the NYPD’s Crime Stoppers Hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477).
