NYPD said a 36-year-old woman and 41-year-old man were both located suffering from gunshot wounds to the head in the kitchen of an apartment unit located on Gates Avenue and Lewis Avenue, on March 17th at approximately 6:00am.

Police said the gunshot wound on the deceased male appeared to be self-inflicted. Police have not released the names of the deceased at this time. Police said they are unclear of the releationship between the man and woman.
