Police said a 56-year-old man, was located unconscious and unresponsive, with a laceration to his forehead on February 5th at around 1:44 in front of 1115 Boston Road, near East 166th Street.

The victim was taken to NYC Health & Hospitals/Lincoln, where he was pronounced deceased.

No arrests have been made at this time.
