The NYC 2023 Homicide Victim List is available here

NYPD responded to an assault on tracks at 96th Street Station on January 20th at approximately 2:00am.

On arrival police located a 34-year-old man suffering from lacerations to his head. He was rushed to Mount Sinai Morningside hospital, where he died of his injuries.

Police said Andre Boyce, 28, of Central Park North, was arrested at the scene and charged with manslaughter.
