NYPD were called to a shooting outside 991 Carroll St. just before 7:30 p.m. on Sept. 18.

Police and paramedics located a 21-year-old man suffering from gunshot injuries. He was rushed to  NYC Health+Hospitals/Kings County where he was pronounced deceased.

No arrests have been made.
