NYPD responded to a report of a woman unconscious and unresponsive with scratches on her face, at a home on 96th Street near 32nd Avenue, on December 5th at approximately 5:15 p.m.

Zoraida Leo,55, was pronounced dead by responding EMS.

Davi Vidal, 19, has been arrested and charged with murder. Police said a fight erupted this week when David Vidal who lived upstairs, and had allegedly stopped paying rent.
