The NYC 2022 Homicide Victim List is available here

NYPD were called to the report of a shooting at the New First Cook restaurant on Stillwell Ave on May 25th at approximately 4:00pm.

Police said the victim, Rasard Deas, 22, was outside smoking when a vehicle pulled up. Two men exited the vehicle and began shooting. Deas was hot in the chest and ran into the restaurant for help. Paramedics rushed the victim to Coney Island Hospital where he was pronounced deceased.

No arrests have been made at this time.
