NYPD responded to the report of a shooting outside an apartment building at 541 West 25th St on November 12th at around 10:19 p.m.

on arrival police and EMS located three injured people. Rasithamar Grant, 42, was suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. He was rushed to Bellevue Hospital, where he was pronounced deceased.

The other victims were a 32-year-old woman who was shot in the left leg, and a 37-year-old man who suffered multiple gunshot wounds to both legs. They remain in Hospital in stable condition.

Update December 15th
Lmani Delima, 30, and Lashawn Delima, 32, were both arrested and charged with murder for the shooting that killed 42-year-old Rasithamar Grant.
