The NYC 2022 Homicide Victim List is available here

NYPS were called to the report of a shooting at the corner of Cross Bronx Expressway & Morris Avenue on July 21at at approximately 1:30am.

On arrival police located 18-year-old Raymond Chaluisant, suffering from a gunshot wound to the face in the passenger seat of a silver Acura. Chaluisant was rushed to St. Barnabas Hospital where he was pronounced deceased.

Update – NYPD arrested corrections officer Dion Middleton, 45, and charged him with murder, manslaughter, and criminal possession of a weapon. According to reports Middleton said he fired defensively after being struck with pellets from a toy gun.
