Police responded to a 911 report of blankets covered with blood inside a garbage bag just before 2 p.m. on July 5th, at 32-41 104th St.

Police arrived to find 31-year-old Kyle Danielson stuffed inside the garbage bag with a puncture wound to his back.

On July 6, police conducted a wellness check at Kyle Danielson’s home, and, found 58-year-old Sheryl Myrick unconscious with trauma to her torso. She was pronounced deceased at the scene. The female victim has been identified as Kyle’s mother.

Police arrested 40-year-old Roscoe Danielson, the victim’s brother and son. According to QNS as of July 6th Roscoe has been charged with concealment of a human corpse, tampering with physical evidence, criminal possession of stolen property, acting in a manner injurious to a child less than 17 and two counts of criminal possession of a weapon.

Police have not explained these charges at this time.
