NYPD were called to a shooting at a Deli at 171-42 Liberty Ave on March 27th at 2:42 p.m.

On arrival, police located 16-year-old Sincere Jazmin suffering from a gunshot wound to his chest. He was rushed to Jamaica Hospital, where he died of his injuries. Police believe he was shot after exiting the Q83 bus.

The masked suspect fled eastbound on Liberty Avenue. Anyone with information regarding this incident can call Crime Stoppers at 800-577-TIPS .
