The NYC 2023 Homicide Victim List is available here

NYPD were called to the report of a shooting at 355 Seventh Avenue at approximately 5:30 a.m. on October 15th.

On arrival police located a 32-year-old man suffering from a gunshot wound to the head. He was pronounced deceased. Police later identified the victim as Steven Mussington.

No arrests have been made, and police have not released any suspect information at this time.
