Sundance Oliver, has turned himself in following a double fatal shooting in the Lower East Side and Brooklyn

Police said the shooting began on December 5th when Sundance Oliver, 28, attempted to rob a female victim at around 9:34 a.m, and fired his gun. The bullet struck a 96-year-old man in a wheelchair, who was waiting at the bus stop. The victim sustained a non life-threatening wound to the ankle.

Police were later called to a shooting at 826 Columbus Ave, at approximately 2:40pm where they located 21-year-old Langston Kevon suffering from gunshot wounds to the legs and chest. Kevon was rushed to Bellevue Hospital, where he died of his injuries.

Just before midnight NYPD were called to a shooting at 719 Kingsborough 7 Walk in Brooklyn. On arrival police located a 17-year-old girl suffering from a gunshot wound to the chest. She was rushed to Brookdale University Hospital where she was pronounced deceased.

Sundance Oliver, 28, was taken in for questioning on December 6th after turning himself into police. He has been taken for a medical and psychiatric evaluation at Kings County Hospital.
