NYPD spotted a teen on foot shoot at a man at the corner of East 161st Street and Morris Avenue in front of the Bronx County Hall of Justice on November 27th at approximately 2:42 p.m.

A 29-year-old man suffered multiply gunshot wounds to the torso. He was rushed to EMS rushed the wounded victim to Lincoln Hospital where he was pronounced deceased.

Police chased the 15-year-old suspect and arrested him near the corner of the corner of East 156th Street and Courtlandt Avenue. The teen has been charged with second-degree murder, first-degree manslaughter and criminal possession of a weapon.
