The NYC 2023 Homicide Victim List is available here

NYPD were called to the report of a shooting at the Burke Avenue station on the 2/5 line, above White Plains Road, in Allerton on April 10th at approximately 10:05 p.m. 

On arrival police loctaed two 17-year-old victims wounded at the scene. One of the teens, Kymani Woods, was suffering from gunshot wounds to his head, arm and shoulder. He was rushed to Jacobi Hospital where he died of his injuries. The second teen was shot in the hip, but is in stable condition.

Update
The teen who attended Jacobi Medical Center was arrested Friday after he was released, and he faces raps for manslaughter and criminal possession of a firearm.

Police believe there was another person involved.
