The NYC 2023 Homicide Victim List is available here

NYPD were called to the report of a shooting at 211 East 94th St. on November 1st at approximately 12:00pm.

On arrival police located 45-year-old Tikya Francis, suffering from a gunshot wound to the chest. He was rushed to to NYC Health + Hospitals/Kings County where he died of his injuries.

No arrests have been made and the investigation is ongoing.
