NYPD said 43-year-old Tommy Bailey was fatally stabbed in the neck while riding the L train near the Atlantic Avenue subway station on September 30th, at approximately 8:50 p.m.

According to reports Bailey and the perpetrator got into a dispute that escalated quickly, and led to the murder. Bailey was rushed to Brookdale Hospital, where he was pronounced deceased.

The suspect fled the scene and no arrests have been made at this time.
