According to reports Donovan Davy, 45, was walking along Church Avenue near East 35th Street in the East Flatbush section around 12:20 a.m. on May 29th when he was approached by a man and shot.

The victim’s sister was on the phone with him at the time of the shooting and said she heard three or four shots, and then nothing.

Davy was rushed to Kings County Hospital, where he was pronounced deceased. Police said he was shot in the neck and right leg.

No arrests have been made at this time.
