Update: Derrick Williams charged – Two killed and one injured in a Bronx Stabbing

Police said a 45-year-old man and a 29-year-old woman were visiting at 3145 Rochambeau Ave on Aug. 25 with a third woman.

According to reports, an argument occurred leading to the three being stabbed near a stairwell. On police arrival, they located 29-year-old Gina Cooks in front of the building with a stab wound to her chest and the 33-year-old woman slashed in her hand. Once they entered the apartment, officers located 45-year-old Roberto Jimenez with multiple stab wounds to the torso. H was pronounced deceased at the scene.

The two women were rushed to St. Barnabas Hospital, where the 29-year-old woman later died.

Derrick Williams, 55, of 3145 Rochambeau Ave was arrested and charged with two counts of murder, and one count of attempted murder.
