The 2024 Homicide Victim List is available here

NYPD responded to a 911 call about an assault in progress on July 19th at approximately 10:18 p.m at 1590 West 8th street.

On arrival police and paramedics located 56-year-old Fayzieva Mavlyuda with stab wounds to her neck, 27-year-old Maftuna Khakimova, and two children: 5-year-old Kamila Shavkatova and 4-year-old Timur Shavkatov also unresponsive. Paramedics pronounced all four stabbing victims dead at the scene. 

A 24-year-old man was taken into custody. Anyone with information is asked to contact Crime Stoppers at 800-577-TIPS.
