NYPD were called to the report of a stabbing at the intersection of East 138th Street and Cypress Ave on September 11th at approximately 4:09 p.m.
On arrival, the police located Tyquise Bell with a stab wound to the chest. He was rushed to Lincoln Hospital, where he died of his injuries.
Investigators described the suspect as wearing all black, fled north on Cypress Avenue.
