NYPD were called to Crotona’s East 180 Street and Mohegan Avenue on April 12th at 7:45 p.m on the report of a triple shooting.

On arrival police located Wayne Goodwin, 22, who was shot several times, a 47-year-old man and a 21-year-old man were also suffering from gunshots to their legs. Goodwin was taken to Saint Barnabas Medical Center where he was pronounced dead.

Police said the victims were leaving a liquor store on East 180th Street near Lavaria A. Ross Place when they were confronted by three men who opened fire.

No arrests have been made.
